Has anyone seen anything like this before? I have a WiX project that used to behave correctly in Visual Studio. However, when I now try to view the project settings now I get an error that says "Could not load type 'System.ComponentModel.PropertyChangingEventHandler' from assembly 'System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a4c561934e089'."
This error loads on every panel I try to view (Installer, Build, Build Events, etc). If I try to go back to one of my previously selected panels I get a new error: "An error occurred trying to load this page. Unable to create the designer. File is already opened in an incompatible editor." I tried creating a new project but immediately got the same errors there too. I think (and hope) this is the main problem for a bunch of ugliness with my Visual Studio project. I can do a single a successful build, but after that all builds say "Unhandled Exception: The build was aborted because of an unexpected logger failure." I need to restart Visual Studio before it starts working again (for one more build). And, just to make things even more fun, attempting to close Visual Studio after a successful build causes Visual Studio to crash instead of close...
