This doesn't have anything to do with VSTO and Office 2007 does it? MSI has no support for math. Some hacks can be done as demonstrated in: http://99-bottles-of-beer.net/language-windows-installer-1310.html But otherwise it's custom action time. And if VSTO/Office 2007 is involved, I reccomend a random number generator not an increment operation.
