Dark is the decompiler that authors wxs files but note, dark/candle/light don't really support roundtripping in a very easy way. It's really designed for people wanting to migrate to WiX and not go back so there is usually refactoring involved. For example, Wise drives dialogs with vbscript CA's from what I've seen. That's a no-no in WiX.
