The first question always is whether you reference your main executable for the
icon. If you do, you'll get *two* copies in the MSI, one for deployment, one
for the icon only. If its size is large, the MSI will be much fatter.
If this is the case, create a minimal stub (a DLL with a single resource, the
icon) for the icon and use that instead.
