1. VS2008 integration is only available with WiX v3. Rosario has a build of WiX v3 although you will find more recent (and likely more stable) releases here http://wix.sf.net/releases
2. Any version of the WiX toolset can build any version of the MSI packages you want. If I need to build 32bit and 64bit installers do i need to install the 32bit and 64bit version of wix or will the 64bit version of wix build 32bit and 64bit installers ? its all a little bit confusing.
