I encountered a strange issue now. I had a WiX project without setting the ALLUSERS property. When I use Orca to look into the msi, I found that, there was no ALLUSERS property in the msi. But after I made some modification and build it again, I found the ALLUSERS property is set to 1. I can’t get a clue on this. Is there anyone have any idea?
