With Wix 2.0, I used this:
<IgnoreModularization Name="OurDirectory" Type="Directory"/>

With Wix 3.0.4429.0, I see this warning:

My.wxs(62) : warning CNDL1085 : The IgnoreModularization element has been
deprecated.  Use the Binary/@SuppressModularization,
CustomAction/@SuppressModularization, or property/@SuppressModularization
attribute instead.

It does not mention what to do with Directory names to suppress modularization.
 And if I try the new SuppressModularization element, I get this:

My.wxs(62) : error CNDL0004 : The Directory element contains an unexpected
attribute 'SuppressModularization'.

What is the correct way to remove these warnings?

Thanks
