I have some birt functionality that creates a number of files and directories under web inf that remain after uninstall.
I understand that i need to explicitly remove the files. I understand that the removefiles node requires a component parent and since these files arent installed there is no component descriptor in place in the installer for these files. My question is do i need to create a component reference to these files created after installation in order to remove them? Could someone share a code sample for this?
