Hi Alex... 1st of all, thanks for ur guide... In my previous post, I've put a workaround to remove the shortcut using wildcards. The problem lies in upgrading, so old files are replaced. Just that the shortcuts names do not match as the 1st name is Product 5.0, the new release is Product 5.1. These shortcuts are desktop and Program menu shortcut and they are created based on the version property variable.
