OK, let's try this again.

I have three outlook forms (*.oft) files, that are installed into the
Program Files/WSOD/Forms directory. I need to install these into Outlook
and register them for use from Outlook. 

So I wrote a script to install them into Outlook, and just need to
substitute in the base application installation directory path in the
script in order for it to find the files to be installed..

OK, so you've repeated essentially the same thing you told us before:

But you still haven't told us what that means in terms of installation
actions.  Apparently something must be installed somewhere, but you
haven't told us what or where.
