Not yet but I did create a new project in my solution & add the same 5
.wxs files to it as one of the other projects & set the project options
exactly as the project the files were copied from & it builds fine. I
diff'd the new wixproj file with the old one & the only difference is
the old one has 4 extra tags pertaining to Source Control bindings.

Unfortunately I have software releases to prepare this week so I'm
sticking with the 3.0.4624.0 for now. If I get some time to spare I'll
try reinstalling the 3.0.4707.0 build & testing the command line builds
but it's unlikely to be before next week by which time there will likely
be a new build of the toolset.
