Sorry for jumping in but it appear we both have the same issue. I have tried setting REINSTALLMODE to m "Rewrite all required registry entries" but this doesn't work. Reading the documentation the default for REINSTALLMODE is "omus" so that probably explains it. I have tried this from both the command line and click "Change" when re-running the install. I think I am just going to disable "change".
