Actually, this is a little incomplete.  I'm actually looking for this:

I'm installing a DB and running an sqlscript on install, then on the patch
in running the script again (w/ any updates) and using sqldb to do a lookup. 
And I've set that patch sqlscript to continue on error, and what I'm trying
to accomplish is, if the script fails, the patch install will continue and
finish, then I want to launch a setupassistant exe.  So, what I'm really
looking for is probably something to key off of whenever the CA
ExecuteSqlStrings fails.
