I'm seeing lines like:

AppSearch: Property: JDK15HOME, Signature: S_JDKHOME15
MSI (c) (74:D4) [13:19:54:468]: Note: 1: 2262 2: Signature 3:
-2147287038
MSI (c) (74:D4) [13:19:54:468]: PROPERTY CHANGE: Adding JDK15HOME
property. Its value is 'C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_08'.

for every JDK/JRE variant we support in the install where Java's
there, and not at all when Java's not there. I don't define any other
properties, so I don't see any PROPERTY CHANGE lines logged for my
FOO_* components. Should I be expecting any?

Is the ?component notation in control conditions supported by all
versions of Windows Installer? Orca's not complaining about me using
them in my package so I'd guess not, but maybe Orca's wrong. My
packages are marked in the WXS as requiring installer 0200.

Cheers,

Chris
