I looked into a log file for uninstalling, during InstallValid action, a line reads: RESTART MANAGER: Did detect that a critical application holds file[s] in use, so a reboot will be necessary. The log indicates that a running application is found, but the FileInUse dialog is not poped up to ask the user for closing the application. Could it be something wrong with my FileInUse dialog with restart manager?
