While the documentation claims that this is possible, how does one actually do it? I will scan the compiler and CA code whilst awaiting an answer. I suspect that this feature ended up on the cutting room floor. If I weren't so pressed for time on the deployment project, I'd start the overhaul of the IIS extensions. Once I've got stuff minimally working, I may be able to own / co-own the IIS extension.
