Ondrej, Please submit the bugs you mentioned above so that they can be addressed in the future. The more detail the better if you are not able to submit the .dll. I am sure Rob will triage them but I am not sure that they will meet the bar to fix in this version.
>From what you have listed above you have two possibilities if we are unable to fix these now for #1 and #2b. The first would be to write a custom XSLT in order to fix the empty Class/@Description and to remove the hard code directory path in heat. The second would be to make a heat extension to do the same.
