This is kind of blocking us to move on the Daily/Nightly builds. For Now, We are switching to the lower version on Wix, which is Wix V3 Version 3.0.4805. Let us know, if you have any suggestions.

Please keep the DL on the thread. AFAIK, the attributes are now mutually exclusive because the functionality was always mutually exclusive.
