Hey Jim, If this isn't the answer you are looking for could you share some code?
Make sure your case is correct "SystemFolder" not "Systemfolder". If this is from the ouptut of heat and you get this when running light you will need to add a reference to the SystemFolder in your directory structure. This is done by using <Directory Id="SystemFolder"/> and should be under your <Directory Id="TARGETDIR" ...> element.
