Ok, you need to look into control events.  Essentially, you want
something like this (obviously with more info about your control - but
the interesting bit here is the Condition elements)

        <Control Id="MyControl" Hidden="yes">
          <Condition Action="show">MYPROPERTY</Condition>
          <Condition Action="hide">NOT MYPROPERTY</Condition>
        </Control>

The Hidden attribute sets the default, while the show/hide Condition
elements control the state based on MYPROPERTY after that.  In this
case the control will be hidden if MYPROPERTY is not set.
