Thank you for your answers. Using preprocessor variable will not be enough.
Here is what I am trying to do (it might be crasy). My goal is to have one .msi file with localized UI for mulitple languages. Right now I have: Every string is put into a property! This is done in a custom action (that looks at the system culture). Changed all dialogs to get the text from these properties. All this works fine. I almost get every UI with the localized strings. What I am missing is a few strings in some controls:-( I am almost at my goal: Having one .msi file with all supported languages.
