Sounds like a bug in the OS. Which one is it?

Subject: [WiX-users] Uninstall through Change option does not remove the
application from ARP until refreshed

Hi,
I have an application installed using an MSI built with WIX 3.0. When I
remove the application via ARP, it uninstalls and the icon and the
application entry in ARP gets deleted. However if I follow this procedure:
1. Click on Change option in ARP.
2. Then proceed with uninstall option provided in the Maintenance mode.

In this case, both the icon and the application remain in ARP until I have
refreshed. How can I delete the entry from ARP when I uninstall or is there
an entry in my WIX code that I have failed to add.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks
- nandini
