In my patch application I am removing one executable file and its corresponding
config file like this:

<Condition>0</Condition>
</Component>
<Component Id="MY.EXE.CONFIG" Guid="......" Transitive="yes">
<File Id="MY.EXE.CONFIG" Name="My.exe.config" KeyPath="yes"
DiskId="1" Source="bin\My.exe.config" />
<Condition>0</Condition>
</Component>
When I remove this patch, My.exe gets restored but not My.exe.config.
Is this to be expected? Using /lv*x to log patch removal I see nothing
regarding the config file that would give me the clue why is it not restored.
