I will look into this.

In the background I was thinking that since the sample path is next to the bin 
path in the install directory, I might just edit the project file to do a 
..\..\bin\file for the sample.  This will accomplish most of what I want and 
should work.

In the background, I just need to find the best way to load 100 files in 
different sample projects (as per my other post).
