It seems to me that WixComPlusExtension is missing in Wix 3.5.1426 installer (x86 version). I tried to find it by orca in msi itself with any success, but I checked that file exists in wix binaries zip file and copied it to my target folder created by msi installer.
Is it a bug? Does somebody else tried latest 3.5 installer?
