Thank you for answer.

If I will use Component/@Guid="*", it will produce different GUIDs for
components even inside same product after the each MSI rebuild. I'm not
sure, but as I've understood it will be a problem to create patches in this
case.

Use Component/@Guid="*" (or omit it in recent WiX v3.5 builds) to have 
WiX generate the GUID.
