Thw warning Dialog box gets displayed. but when i press 'Proceed Anyways'
button it sets the PROCEED property to '1' and closes itself. but the wizard
stays at Dlg1. and does not navigate to Dlg2.
Here is what the log says:

After this i see my DialogBox Dlg1 itself, where as it should have navigated
to DialogBox Dlg2
