Can you paste the section of your Directory tree where you reference INSTALLDIR? The UI sections appear to be OK as they look the same as the WiX ext sources so I don't think that's where the error is being caused. Since WIXUI_INSTALLDIR is mapped to INSTALLDIR it's likely that's where the problem occurs.
