i tried more things and now i am really confused... i am using Win7 and there it overwrites the already existing web.config file and by uninstall it delets the web.config file X_x in WinXP it doesnt overwrites the existing web.config file --> code will be added to the existing web.config file *yeeah!!!* and if no web.config exists it creates a web.config file *YEEEAAAAH!!!* but at uninstall it deletes the file like in Win7 :( and the old web.config file content are lost :(
