It is not really wix related question, but it is something about upgrade: We have written application which uses custom config sections and these sections have type attribute which maps to specific assembly (full name) and during upgrade we should not remove this configuration file, but just upgrade (put new version values and PublicKeyToken (which was changed for some assemblies) into type element). What is the best approach to do that?
