"Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2008 R2" is free to download and use, if you don't have a Server 2008 license available. It requires an x64 box with certain CPUs that support hardware virtualization.

If you can get an x64 Server 2008 box you can have x64 and x86 VMs. VMs really are the best way to test setups when you can do your tests and then revert to an untarnished image.
