That build is over two weeks old (and it wasn't the newest build last week either). Does it repro with 2013?

Following steps: 1. Install Wix 3.5 2. Open solution in VS2010 forcing conversion of WiX 3.0 projects to 3.5 3. Change "Harvest" property on all references in all 5 WiX projects to "false" (existing code - auto harvest breaks things) 4. Build the solution and project fails with above error. 5. In one project, change "Harvest" to true for one of the its project references. 6. Build of project works and entire solution now builds. 7. Change "Harvest" property back to false 8. Build of entire solution still works 9. Check changes in and run build on build machine. It fails on the build machine. 10. Change "Harvest" back to "True" and check it in. (Project Output Groups = None) 11. Solution builds 12. Change "Harvest" to "False". Check it in. 13. Solution fails again. For some reason, for this one project, the auto harvest feature insists on harvesting something, anything. I really do not want anything harvested as all of the file references are already captured explicitly and use unchanging component GUID's. (Same component in different builds maintains the same GUID.) And the other 4 WiX projects in the build all work fine even with all project references set with Harvest=False. Should I enter a bug?
