The docs in the sources are in source-code form, distributed between various
.XSD files in various directories and the code under src\chm.

As I understand it, the failures in "formatting" the docs on the web site
come from processing and posting the html files that the "official build"
uses as intermediate files in compiling the chm file(s). I don't recall
finding those scripts checked into the sources, but it is possible that I
have simply glossed over them and/or forgotten about them.

Also -- I don't see any docs in the wix35 branch, but maybe I'm just
missing it.

My intention was to write some sort of unit test that would identify
this all-too-common failure in formatting the docs. That way you
could make a docs change, run the test and know things would be good.
