hi
in this code

   <Icon Id="XL_PORTAL.ico" SourceFile=".\XL_PORTAL.ico" />

         <Directory Id="INSTALLDIR" Name=".">
           <Component Id="CreateRMPortalShortcut" Guid="{E5CB621F-12A9-4402-
998A-175847E8DE9E}" KeyPath="no">
             <Shortcut Id="PortalShortcut" Directory="MyProgramMenu"
Name="SIM4ME Portal 2.1.1" Arguments="/progid=SimSci.RMAdapter.60
/regsubkey=Software\Simsci\ROMeo\6.0" Target="[PORTAL_PATH]bin\
S4MWbCustomize.exe" Icon="XL_PORTAL.ico" Show="normal"
WorkingDirectory="USER" Advertise="yes" />
           </Component>

This Target="[PORTAL_PATH]bin\S4MWbCustomize.exe"
must be the path of your directory structure not build machine path for .exe
file
