We have an application we need to deploy which depends on .net 4.0. We want to detect if .net 4.0 is installed and cancel the install if it is not.
The code to detect .net 4.0 appears to only be available in WiX 3.5. However we can't move to 3.5 because we have stable released products which rely on 3.0 and you can't install both side by side.
