If you're clever about it you can build your 2 platform specific MSI's & embed them into a bootstrapper without doubling the size of your download.

But nothing in my app will get a *32 after it in Task Manager. It will use 64-bit ODBC aliases on x64 systems. And it will use 32-bit ODBC aliases on x86 systems. Personally, I do not mind so much concerning the placement. This particular package is supposed to be installed on servers. If they were my servers, I'd probably end up installing it in a completely different location. My non-developer testers have actually commented on the placement (x86).
