Hello... please help me with this issue. The installer sets a default value and allows the user to enter a new value. When the user enters a new value, it is used during the installation. But the default value is used instead of the user-entry’s new value during uninstallation. I found this by looking at the uninstall log. For example, the default SQL server value is localhost. I entered remote.sqlserver as my sql server. It installs a database on the remote.sqlserver server during installation. When I run the uninstallation, it looked for the database in my localhost instead of remote.sqlserver. So the error is “can’t find the database because you have no permission or the database does not exist”.
