Take them out of the InstallUISequence unless there's some UI that depends upon them.

But I also need them to run in a "quiet" installation. So it seems they need to also be in InstallExecuteSequence. I've currently got them in both sequences, and am using the UILevel property to prevent them from running twice. Is there a cleaner or more standard way to do this?
