Situation is the following: I have 2 websites Site1 and Site2 under IIS and both of them use one port (Site1 is actually stopped). Using build 3.5.1804 I had no problem to install my web application to any site, but after I moved to build 3.5.2305 my application is installed only to Site1 when I specified Site2. If I set different port for Site1 installation works OK. Can anyone shed some light on this?
