MSIZap doesn't fix anything. All it does is remove the Windows Installer entries so your installer doesn't show up in Add/Remove Programs. Everything the installer did to your system is still there (files, registry entries etc) & I've seen more than one occasion where a user has screwed their system because they used MSIZap.
