After going through all files in the folder, I found out that I'm not going to find the MSI for CSLA. The version installed wasn't installed via a MSI, the .dll was just taken from the download and installed into the GAC not via running an installer. Nonetheless thank you for the information regarding "C:\Windows\Installer", this is very good information to know.
