My apologies, I was more than just a tad fuzzy.

I was rationalising my decision to opt for a perMachine installer.

If it runs as a perUser installer, then obviously certain parts will be missing.

The root of my question is: How should I write the installer so that
it acts as perUser for those who can't be elevated to admin?
