If by "I have created a bootstrapper using WiX" you mean you're using Burn,
then check the bug tracker & report your issues if they're not already reported
as Burn is still in active development.

Subject: [WiX-users] Bootstrapper updating problems

Hi,

I have created a bootstrapper using WiX and like the functionality very much.
However, there are some issues where I need help.

Lets say that we have the following situation:

We create a bootstrapper Installation.exe for installation1.msi and
installation2.msi.

1) There comes a crash if I press Cancel during the installation process of
Installation.exe. It does not rollback as I would expect.

2) After Installation.exe version 1.0.0 everything seem to be fine, but if I
update to version 1.0.1 and look to Add/Remove programs (ARP), there is still
an old 1.0.0. version of Installation.exe visible. However, it is not possible
to change or remove it since there comes always error (probably because it
removed in reality).

Thanks in advance for any comment that helps overcome these issues!!!

/Timo
