Does anyone happen to know where I could pick up a WiX dialog for soliciting 
the Account and Password values used to install a Windows Service?

I figure this MUST be a pretty common thing to do (allow the user to specify 
the account/password the service is to run under) in an installer that installs 
a Windows Service.

Any leads would be most appreciated.
