After updating from WiX 3.6.1518.0 to WiX 3.6.1915.0, I have started encountering some sort of dependency issue from MSBuild. This is different that the other dependency issues I have had in that it is happening on our TFS Build Server (TFS 2010 Activity based builds).
When I open Visual Studio like I would before to add missing dependencies, I noticed that the project output that is errored as missing during the build is in fact in the dependency list. When I reverted back to 3.6.1518.0, the problems went away.
