I don't think there's any such tool in the Wix distribution. You can link it into a quick stub MSI and do an admin installation. Alternatively cut out the XML and write a simple-ish XSLT to display the information you're interested in. I'm sure Rob would be happy if you wrote one and contributed it /smile.
