Neil, what did you mean by "manually harvesting"? I have googled around for a couple of days and don't seem to have anything solid/repeatable.

IMO harvesting is a useful (or in this case not so useful) first pass but not something that should be relied upon. I tend to manually harvest the build output folder and then make this install look the way I want it.
