I have a new requirement I'm not sure how to meet. The install package needs to call an url during the install process in silent mode. I need to validate a url is accessible from the box the application is installing before the actual install starts. It doesn't require any user interaction so opening a browser and navigate to the url is not really an option. Is this possible using WiX? If so, how? Thanks!
