I have successfully created a patch and msimsp detects the changed files. However the only way I seem to be able to get the files to install is by running the patch with REINSTALL=ALL which is not good because that seems to force a reboot.
All the modified files are key files. What do I need to do to get them to install without REINSTALL = ALL ?
