I'd like to check and install Framework 4.0 from a **LINK** rather than having
to include the entire framework 4.1 (and Windows installer 3.1) in my
distribution package.
I'm currently doing it using an bootstrapper but have to package up the
Framework 4.0 and windows installer 3.1 in my download package (I rather hefty
requirement for the download).
